Effective 2 September 2026 · Launch-stage draft for legal review
1. Who controls the data
Unhuddle operates unhuddle.com and controls the personal information described here. For privacy requests, corrections, or deletion questions, contact hello@unhuddle.com.
2. Information you choose to provide
The free growth assessment does not require contact details. The Growth Diagnosis form asks for business context, your name, work email, company, role, optional phone number, preferred response channel, and explicit consent so we can assess and respond to the request.
Growth Diagnosis answers and contact details stay in a private lead record. They are not placed in analytics event parameters or advertising audiences.
3. Website measurement choices
Essential storage remembers your privacy preference and supports core website functions. Optional analytics measures anonymous page and content use. Optional advertising measurement helps attribute campaigns and conversions. You can accept all, reject optional measurement, or manage the two optional categories separately. The “Privacy choices” control remains available after you decide.
Google Tag Manager is configured to load only for anonymous visitors on unhuddle.com after analytics or advertising consent. It does not load on localhost or preview environments. Google Consent Mode signals cover analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization.
4. Advertising and enhanced conversions
Campaign and conversion measurement will be enabled only through the consent-controlled Google setup. Enhanced conversions are not active at launch. If introduced later, we will update this notice, obtain the required consent, and limit processing to properly secured, normalized data.
5. Retention and access
Google Analytics user-level data is planned for a 14-month retention period. Growth Diagnosis records are kept only while needed to respond, manage a legitimate commercial relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Owner access is restricted and lifecycle changes are auditable.
6. Your choices and requests
You can change optional measurement choices at any time using “Privacy choices.” You may also ask for access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully.
7. Service providers and international processing
We use hosting, email-delivery, scheduling (when configured), and Google measurement services as processors or independent providers. Some may process data outside India under their contractual safeguards. The live list and settings will be reviewed before this draft becomes the final legal notice.
8. Changes
We will revise this notice when the site’s actual data practices change and show the effective date above. Material changes will not be hidden behind a generic update.
